If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place

  • Feeding has become stressful and you feel like it should be easier than it is.

  • You’re watching milestones and wondering, is this normal, or does my baby need support.

  • You know your child could use extra support, but you feel stuck and you’re not sure where to find it.

You’re not alone. These are the exact moments we help with.

How we help

"When feeding, milestones, or daily routines feel harder than they should, it usually means your child's body is trying to tell you something. We help parents of babies and toddlers (ages 0–5) understand what that is. Then teach you simple, practical ways to support progress in everyday life, at home or school. So your child can thrive, and your family can spend less time worried and more time enjoying these early years."

What we help with

  • Feeding and picky eating

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding and solids

  • Tongue and lip ties (TOT’s)

  • Early movement and milestones

  • Sensory processing and self regulation

  • Fine motor development

  • Whole-child development

How it works

  • Book a free call. We’ll talk through what’s going on and whether we’re the right fit.

  • Schedule an evaluation and set a plan. Together we look at the whole picture and build a plan around your life.

  • Start in home sessions. You leave every visit knowing what to work on and why.

What we believe

We believe every parent deserves reliable answers and real support during their journey as a parent, not a wait and see approach.

Ways we can work together

Thrive Pediatric Wellness team of Pediatric Occupational Therapists, specializing in feeding therapy, lactation, sensory processing and infant and toddler development. We use a holistic, child-led, family-centered evidence based approach to therapy.

I’m Kati, pediatric occupational therapist with 10 years of experience working in pediatrics and the founder of Thrive Pediatric Wellness. Early in my career, I worked with young children in sensory gyms, clinics and in-home. Then I became a mom and everything I knew got a lot more personal.

My first son struggled from the beginning to breastfeed, eat solids and gain weight. On top of that, so much of daily life came harder for him. He was easily overwhelmed by the world around him, had a tough time settling himself and was slow to hit some of his fine motor milestones. Even with all of my training, I felt there was not enough support for babies and their mothers in the early years, so I began taking classes and learning everything I could to help my son thrive.

Today he is a happy, thriving seven year old who has come so far with the work that we’ve done together. I started Thrive Pediatric Wellness so no parent has to feel as alone as I did and you can truly enjoy those early years with the right support beside you.

We have a dedicated team of therapist’s passionate about helping parents feel supported, informed, and confident as they navigate their child’s feeding, development and daily challenges. So your child/ren can thrive and your family can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying the early years.

Let us help you meet your child’s needs.

What our families are saying…

  • Kati is the absolute best! She became like part of the family and was so incredible with our son. We started working with her when our son was just an infant due to some milestone delays. After our weekly sessions his development noticeably picked up and he’s now a completely caught up thriving toddler. Not only was she incredibly helpful during our sessions but she was also a huge resource and always available. We love Kati!

Sam, mother of a 6 month old

  • Kati is so incredible! She is so patient, knowledgeable and kind. She’s creative and thinks of everything. She's educated and so helpful, she's changed our lives. She goes above and beyond, is always reachable and answers all our questions. We're so thankful to have found Kati she's truly and angel!

Carolyn, mother of a 9 month old

  • Kati's personal and professional expertise has allowed our child to make gains quickly. Kati is the reason our child started to crawl, she taught him how to drink from a straw, is helping with feeding as much as our kiddo will allow, ha, and bringing all the "cool" toys. She has let us borrow toys to practice skills and, by doing so, our child has mastered them in the next week or so. My child adores Kati and so do we. We can speak honestly and openly to Kati, communicate freely outside of sessions as needed, and connect with her coordinator Amanda who is a master scheduler and communicator. Early intervention is real and when you work with Kati, and have open and honest dialogue, that's when you see strides. We can't wait to see what these next few months will bring!

Kerry, mother of a 8 month old

  • Kati entered our lives at a critical moment when my 2-year-old's high sensory seeking needs had left us feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Her expertise and compassionate approach made an immediate impact, turning our uncertainty into confidence and hope. Kati's dedication to her work and her clients is truly remarkable, and it's no exaggeration to say she changed our lives for the better.
Her ability to tailor her approach to suit our busy schedule while advocating fiercely for our needs was a game-changer for our family. I find myself constantly recommending her to everyone in need of similar support. Kati is not just a phenomenal therapist but also someone I genuinely admire and trust. We are incredibly grateful for her presence in our lives.

Denie, mother of a 2 year old

  • Kati is so incredible in every way! She helped our son, who was a preemie, with sensory and food issues catch up and hit milestones of other kids his age! She also was a lifesaver when our son had his oral ties procedure. The exercises gave me crazy anxiety and she came over every single day to do them. Needless to say, she's sweet, caring and passionate about her work.
